Returns & Refund Policy

Our Commitment
We take great pride in the quality of every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Made-to-Order Products
Because every Leaf Nest product is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference (e.g. you changed your mind or ordered the wrong colour). Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, broken or significantly different from what was described, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at support@leafnest3d.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
- We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or full refund, at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no extra cost.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started. After that, cancellations cannot be accepted as the product has entered the manufacturing process. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@leafnest3d.com.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
If a return is required (for defective items), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
EU Consumer Rights
Customers in the European Union benefit from statutory consumer rights. In particular, the EU Consumer Rights Directive provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised — which includes our made-to-order products.
