Shipping Policy

Made to Order
Every Leaf Nest product is made to order. This means your item enters production after your payment is confirmed. We do not hold pre-made inventory — each piece is crafted specifically for you.
Production Time
Production typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of payment confirmation. During busy periods or for larger orders, production may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to Portugal and across the European Union. For orders outside the EU, please contact us at support@leafnest3d.com before placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, typical delivery times are:
- Portugal: 1–3 business days
- Spain & Western Europe: 3–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable promotion will be shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes or duties imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are outside our control.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@leafnest3d.com with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
