1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Leaf Nest website and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products

All products sold on Leaf Nest are 3D printed and handcrafted in Portugal using premium PLA materials. Product images are representative; slight colour variations may occur due to filament batches and screen calibration. Each piece is made to order.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the stated price. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Production & Shipping

Because our products are made to order, production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipment. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details on how to return a product and how refunds are processed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, text, graphics and the Leaf Nest brand, is the exclusive property of Leaf Nest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leaf Nest is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
